The Warrior Journey is a series of 5 workshops to support people learning to let go of the limitations of their identity, let go of limiting beliefs and behaviours that create conflict, and create a different reality for themselves and others. Every session starts with specific kinds of conscious breathing and meditation, supporting a transition from stressful/negative ways of thinking to a more expanded and positive way of living in the world. Every session finishes with a gratitude ceremony. The course is made up of 5 sessions that build up a strong image of how you got to be who you are, and how you created your life. You will then learn how to work with any negative emotions, limiting beliefs and stories that disempower you, so you can start creating the life you really want. A complimentary one on one coaching session with your facilitator is included in the course, helping you to make sense of it all. We will tap into your ancestry, and check out what strengths, weaknesses and suffering you have inherited and which part of that you want to let go of. The Warrior Journey is run in small groups of about 4-6 participants. This supports a safe environment, while you are still gaining benefit from the experiences of others and a sharing process. This course is not just a practical series of tools, it creates a total shift in consciousness. You will change, and so will the world around you and your relationships, your way of working and being in the world. So be prepared for joy and peace. Be prepared to live a life that inspires YOU.
