Service Description
Do you want to learn to meditate? Or would you like to get into the habit of meditating more? Would you like to develop and practice having a stronger and more meaningful relationship to spirit? Or would you like to learn more about, or practice, manifesting consciously? This challenge will gently take you from short, practical meditations that are easy to do, towards an embodied sense of relaxation and a focused mind, towards developing a relationship with spirit where you can start to co-create and manifest your desires more fully. Every day there is an opportunity to join me online two times- once in the morning at 7am, once in the evening (different times) to learn and practice different breathing methods that help you get into a meditative state, and to meditate in a group of likeminded people. Some of the things we will practice are: five minute meditations, candle gazing, breathing meditations, different breathing methods, love, gratitude, co-creating with spirit, oneness, transmuting negativity, co-creating with spirit, and many, many other meditative and spiritual practices. These meditations are both meditations, as well as a gentle spiritual development method. I will take you into a real, felt-sense relationship with spirit and help you elevate your energies. You will feel more relaxed, more focused, and happier. Once you register you will be receiving the full schedule of sessions.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours beforehand so we can accommodate you and other clients. Cancellations later than that may incur a cancellation fee.
