Our retreats are geared towards relaxation, a nervous system reset, and connection. It's important to feel connected and known for who we really are. Our retreats aim to create a totally safe space where you can be authentic and spontaneous, without having to second-guess yourself.

 

We do this through gentle movement, yoga, breathing and meditation, as well as reflective exercises and games that help us access different ways of being. We also run sharing circles that are transformational for many people.

Verity Larraman specialises in dance and art therapy and has the softest, kindest energy. Caroline Panesar specialises in releasing stress and trauma through bodywork, breathwork and several other wellbeing tools.

​

Together they are known to create a safe space where people can relax and rejuvenate - and should they wish to, transform.
